Most sports are inherently asymmetric, which can accelerate core muscle imbalances. When the core is imbalanced, it often leads to hip misalignment, causing joints to function at incorrect angles and muscles to work inefficiently.

This imbalance is not only detrimental to speed and power but also significantly increases the risk of injuries. As the hips rotate, the vertebrae in the lower back experience uneven compression, particularly on the stronger side, which can lead to disc bulges and ruptures.

When joints and muscles aren’t aligned correctly, performance is compromised, with noticeable losses in both speed and power.
