Back pain often stems from a severe imbalance in core and back muscles, a condition that affects nearly 100% of individuals experiencing this discomfort. To address this, I have developed the Core Muscle Balance System—a proven method refined over the last 15 years.
This system offers live online coaching sessions that can be done conveniently at home. The program includes twice-weekly exercises, each lasting approximately 30 minutes, over the course of three months. Since the imbalance is typically significant, this timeframe ensures effective correction. In total, you’ll receive 24 guided sessions with me.
Can’t join a live session? No problem! Each session is recorded, so you can participate at a time that works best for you.
All you need to get started are:
A pair of resistance bands (medium and soft tension).
A weight of 10-15 pounds.
